At Bizzell Farms, we're committed to restoring the land by moving our animals regularly across fresh pastureland without the use of insecticides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizer of any kind. Our animals are all raised on pasture without hormones, steroids, or other artificial implements. While producing nutrient-dense food for our community, we improve soil health, support biodiversity, and raise healthier animals.
Who We Are
Primarily, we are chicken farmers specializing in pasture-raised eggs and meat. Our laying flock lives 100% on pasture and are moved to new grass every few days, which encourages them to express their natural instinct to forage for vegetation and bugs. Our broiler chickens are raised in mobile coops on pasture and moved to fresh grass daily. These practices produce delicious, nutrient-dense eggs and meat that you will not find in any grocery store. We also keep a small herd of 100% grass-fed sheep and cattle, which we offer for sale as supply allows.
